Hamel J. Patel, MBA
Mr. Patel oversees day to day operations of our busy center. From patients, staff and physicians, he loves to be in the mix with everyone and everything at the center. Gramercy Outpatient Surgery Center serves over 6000 patients annually. With over 13 years as a healthcare administrator, he feels “fortunate to work alongside the best nurses, doctors and staff at Gramercy Outpatient Surgery Center. Together we “Make it Happen!”

Lauryn Hubbard, BBA in Management
Business Office Manger
Gloria “Lauryn” Hubbard is the new Business Office Manager. She brings 22 years of experience in Billing and Accounts Receivables . Lauryn has a degree in Business with a focus on Management from the University of Houston. She worked for another Ambulatory Surgery Center for eight years, as the Business Office Manager. Prior to that, she spent sixteen years in multi-physician practices, working Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and managing the Clinical and Billing Operations. She has two boys (Alex-12 and Andrew-9), and lives in Sugar Land.

Cecilia Beeson, ADN
Operating Room (OR) Manager
Ms. Beeson, or “Bunny” as she’s known, has being part of Gramercy’s family for 20 years and has seen it all! As the OR manager she helps maintain an easy throughput of patients to the post up unit. You will see her all over the building trouble shooting issues before they arise. “I like to tell people to be the best you can be each and every day”

Mary Ann Stone, Diploma in Nursing
Pre-Op/PACU Manager
Mrs. Stone has a background as consultant and nursing administrator. She brings over 25 years of nursing experience to our facility. She started her career with Gramercy 11 years ago. She oversees the nursing care that is given to our patients before and after surgery. Making sure everything is done with the highest level of quality and care. Her team of nurses says she is a role model and inspiration. Mary Ann loves the family atmosphere at Gramercy and the fact that all the employees work together as team. I love the diversity in our patients.
