Cancellations or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your case, please be sure to contact your physician’s office immediately, as well as, contacting our center at (713) 660-6900.

Outside organizations can quickly and easily request the verification of physicians in good standing at an HCA facility. The requesting organization may self generate and print a verification letter.
